Over 1,000 people gathered yesterday to celebrate the life and legacy of Sir David McMurtry a truly wonderful man and a founder member of our club. It was an honour for us all to be invited to join in the celebration and allow us to serve refreshments for all the guests with the donations going towards the Rotary Big Space Cancer Appeal which Sir David and Terry supported from the very start and which raised £3,000!
