The Rotary Club of Cotswold Tyndale invites you to enter the Classic Wheels & Sports Car Run.
This, the 17th event, will be approximately 70 miles long . There will be a coffee stop at around 45 miles out. The start and finish will be at Hillesley Jubliee Field, near Wotton Under Edge, GL12 7RS
If you’ve not been before, this video gives you a flavour of how the event runs!
When signing in, open from 8.30am, there will be bacon or sausage rolls with tea or coffee.
At the finish there will be a Salmon Parcel or BBQ’d Steak with salads and pudding. All food is included in the entry price.
The first car will leave around 9.30am, and the first vehicles are likely to return to Hillesley at approximately 1.30pm.
The event is open to all classic and sports cars and motorcycles of interest. Entry will be £85 per car and this will include two people for the above food, motorcycles will be charged at £40 for bike and rider. Any extra passengers will be charged an additional £15.00 per head to cover the cost of the food.
If entrants do not want lunch at the finish the cost will be reduced to £55 per car for two people.
The run will pass through some of the more scenic areas and villages of Gloucestershire & Wiltshire.

There is a suggested donation below your ticket choice, however your can either delete that amount or increase it (it’s entirely up to you) by clicking on the number and typing in your chosen amount.
What happens next?
- Once you’ve paid you will be redirected to a page to complete your full vehicle registration details AND make your menu choices for the day
- We are collecting your email address AND mobile phone number to ensure we can communicate with you in a timely manner
- For example if there are any last minute changes (e.g. impact of weather or road closures!) we can email or send you a text message
- If you haven’t then PLEASE click here to complete the process
- Approx. 10 days before the event we’ll email your again with your Vehicle “Event Number” and anything further we may need to communicate.
- This year, we’ll have Plaque No.s pegged on the field (No.s 1 to 100). When you arrive simply park your vehicle directly in from of your Number’s Plaque and make your way to the registration tent.
- When you arrive at registration, tell us what your number is and the pre-prepared pack will be handed to you for you to peruse whilst enjoying your breakfast!
