The Rotary Club of Cotswold Tyndale invites you to enter the Classic Wheels & Sports Car Run 2026.
This, the 18th year this event has run, is approximately 70 miles long and the 3rd year that RCCT have been the organisers . There will be a coffee stop at around 45 miles out. The start and finish will be at Hillesley Jubliee Field, near Wotton Under Edge, GL12 7RS
If you’ve not been before, this video gives you a flavour of how the event runs!
When signing in, open from 8.30am, there will be bacon or sausage rolls with tea or coffee.
At the finish, there will be a Salmon Parcel or BBQ’d Steak with salads and pudding. All food is included in the entry price.
The first car will depart around 9:30 am, and the first vehicles are expected to return to Hillesley at approximately 1:30 pm.
The event is open to all classic and sports cars and motorcycles. Entry cost (including two people for the above food) has yet to be firmed up for 2026, and is likely to have to rise over the 2025 ticket price, due to increasing costs all around. However, if you book now, you can take advantage of the Early Bird Price fixed at the 2025 ticket price of just £85 per car (including driver and passenger), which includes breakfast and lunch, which already is a discount of around £15 over booking the car individually and then paying for the food separately on the day. It also helps us plan, so booking now would be a win-win!!

There is a suggested donation below your ticket choice, however your can either delete that amount or increase it (it’s entirely up to you) by clicking on the number and typing in your chosen amount.

Suppose you haven’t pre-bought your food through the tickets you have purchased? In that case, food will still be available to buy on the day, either by you or if you have invited friendss or family along to enjoy looking at the cars on display before or after the run and relax listening to the live music playing on the field from 1:00pm then they too can purchase food and drink from the below menu which is also a downloadable PDF if you want to print off to share:

The run will pass through some of the more scenic areas and villages of Gloucestershire & Wiltshire.
100% of the profits of this event will be going to the Rotary Big Space Cancer Appeal – read more about the appeal on this website home page
What happens next?
- Once you’ve paid you will be redirected to a page to complete your full vehicle registration details AND make your menu choices for the day
- We are collecting your email address AND mobile phone number to ensure we can communicate with you in a timely manner
- For example if there are any last minute changes (e.g. impact of weather or road closures!) we can email or send you a text message
- If you haven’t then PLEASE click here to complete the process
- Approx. 4 days before the event we’ll email your again with your Vehicle “Event Number” and anything further we may need to communicate.
- This year (as we did in 2025), we’ll have Plaque No.s pegged on the field (No.s 1 to 100). When you arrive simply park your vehicle directly in from of your Number’s Plaque and make your way to the registration tent.
- When you arrive at registration, tell us what your number is and the pre-prepared pack will be handed to you for you to peruse whilst enjoying your breakfast!
- Included will be a lanyard which you should wear at all times, this denotes what food you’ve paid for and will be given without fuss (breakfast, tea/coffe etc., at the half-way stop AND your lunch menu choice (Steak or Salmon Parcel) – and if you’d be kind enough to hand them in as you leave so we can recycle them for next year we’d be very grateful as this whole process seemed to work so well in 2025 and many commented on the fact it ran so smoothly!
